Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - CBT

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is based on human thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and how our emotional state is affected by our social and physical environments. CBT helps to change the way we think and act, and how we can alter our physical environments and our personal connections (relationships). CBT aims to deal with a problem or a situation by breaking it down into small parts, is goal-orientated, and a measurable form of therapy. The client actively participates in the process of change. CBT Is research-based and has proven to be highly effective in overcoming depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and other mental health problems.
